 TERMS
AND CONDITIONS - All lessons must be paid for in advance
- A place is booked and committed for the whole 4 week block,
cancellation during the term will receive no refunds and any outstanding
accounts must be paid for in full.
- Any information given to Mark
Mooney Swim
School, for example,
swimming ability or medical details will be assumed to be true and accurate,
should this not be the case we will not be liable.
- It is the swimmers/parent/carers responsibility to notify us of any illnesses,
injuries or medical conditions likely to impede an adults/child’s safety or ability to
participate.
- It is the swimmers/parent/ carers’ responsibility to maintain their own/children’s
safety prior to and after their lesson and to maintain the safety of other
children in their care.
- We reserve the right to change times and locations for reasons beyond
our control.
- We will provide swimming aids and equipment, a qualified swimming
teacher for each group.
- During lesson a minimum of one member of staff will be qualified as a
lifeguard.
- Each lesson will be a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Mark Mooney swim staff may
occasionally take photographs for swim school publicity. If you have any objections please put a note
on the bottom of your booking form.
The charges set out are for a specified time and
day, there will be no refunds unless 48 hours notice has been given to the senior tutor. Any additional lessons will be charged at the
normal rate. |
